Union Mortgage Corporation is a full service commercial real estate lender. With a dedicated source of pension money, its mission is to generate good quality loans nationwide. Its programs are priced competitively with the market and are adjusted to reflect the loan-to-value, the debt service ratio, the property condition and the merits of the neighborhood. Short term, bridge, permanent and mezzanine loans are available.
In addition to being a full service lender, Union also provides other services.
Investment Management Services: We manage a portfolio of real estate investments, from office buildings and retail centers to apartment complexes and mobile home parks. We have a variety of transactions that may be of interest to investment funds and individuals seeking commercial real estate investments.
Design and Development Services: We provide design and development services in two key areas: community planning / development and urban waterfront re-development. Union has gained a high level of expertise and national recognition for urban design and waterfront re-development concepts.
CMBS Underwriting Services. A natural extension of the expertise and experienced gained from decades of lending has provided a solid foundation for providing Wall Street conduits and "B" Piece investors with contract review and underwriting services for commercial mortgages.
